• Guidance on counseling resources and support services available to students.
• Questions regarding class schedules, course requirements, and academic planning.
• Exploring options for post-secondary education, career pathways, or military service.

• Consulted with the campus nurse for any health-related inquiries?
• Connected with your student’s counselor to seek support or resolution?

If you have done all of the above and still have questions, then it may be time to involve a campus administrator.

Your campus administrators are the best point of contact for:

• Addressing classroom issues that cannot be resolved by a teacher or counselor.
• Handling concerns involving a staff member that require administrative involvement.
• Discussing serious safety concerns affecting the school community.

• Connected with your student’s counselor to seek support or resolution?
• Engaged with campus administrators to address the situation or resolve your questions?

If you have done all of the above and still have questions, then it may be time to involve a district-level administrator.

These administrators are the best point of contact for:

• Issues on campus that cannot be resolved by teachers, counselors, or campus administrators.
• Situations involving a staff member that require district administration involvement.
• Unresolved safety concerns after previous communication with campus-level staff.
